PP/PS Environmental Sheet Extrusion Line Main Technical Parameter

PP/PS sheet extrusion line is one of simple and standard machine among many sheet lines provided by JWELL company, this  line has the advantages of high capacity, good plasticizing, easy operation and stable running performance.

Developed by Jwell company, this line is for producing multi-layer environmental-friendly sheet, which is widely used for vacuum forming, green food container and package, different kinds of food packaging container, such as: salver, bowl, canteen, fruit dish, etc. Adopting maxim talc percentage in the sheet production, either customer will be able to reduce the cost of the sheet or increase the sheet degradation character as well as gaining good physical properties and further processing abilities.

PP/PS Thermoforming Sheet/PP Stationery Sheet

PP/PS single-layer sheets, PP/PS co-extrusion two-color sheets, double-side high transparent sheets are used in thermoforming packaging industry. PP transparent sheets, frosted sheets (coarse and fifine), two-color sheets and some other sheets are used in stationery industry.

PP foaming sheets are mainly used for folder of stationery fifield and separation plate of packaging fifield, also used for  producing visor,acoustic panel, luggage rack, interior decoration parts, cover, and box in the fifield of car interior decoration.
